Attend Meeting
Shelley will work with you ahead of time to prepare for your IEP/504/Team meeting and attend the meeting in person (within 50 miles one way of 62215), or by phone, text, or video conference. If the meeting is further than 50 miles one way there will be an additional charge. If the meeting lasts longer than 2 hours, there will be an additional charge of $40 charged in 30 minute increments. Shelley will then work with you after the meeting to write a follow up letter.
Minimum price of $150
If travel is possible for Shelley to physically attend and it is outside a 50 mile radius of 62215 there will be an additional mileage charge at the current federal rate.
