This Get to Know Me packet will help you introduce your child to his or her teacher.  It includes the basic information as well as sections titled: Things I am good at in school, Things I need support to be good at in school, Things I want you to know about me, IEP eligibility, goals and objectives, accommodations and modifications, therapy times per week, and When I grow up I want to.  This is a great way to get started off on the right foot with a new teacher, new school, or new paraprofessional.
